Accurately identifying the peak value of impact load acting on helicopter structure during weapon launch is great significance to design and finalization pylons. Firstly, a method standardized preprocessing signal proposed by analyzing vibration response characteristics load. Then, test model pylon designed, position strain gauge determined; static calibration ground are carried out model. Next, time-domain measured filtered de-noised. Impact processed method. The used train BP neural network mapping relationship between established. generated specific statistically obtain normalized average time history, identified standard converted back original pattern. Finally, that meets error requirements tested. Both pattern have high identification accuracy, which shows an effective can be established based signal.
